About the Author

Abigail Levrini, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and owner of Psych Ed Coaches, a northern Virginia/DC-based private practice specializing in ADHD coaching and cognitive-behavioral treatment. Dr. Levrini has presented her research and coaching model at professional settings throughout the country and frequently lectures and conducts workshops at scientific conferences, schools, and public forums throughout the United States. Dr. Levrini is also the current Board Leader for the DC/Northern VA Chapter of CHADD (Children and Adults with ADHD). Frances Prevatt, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Educational Psychology and Learning Systems at Florida State University and the Executive Director of the Adult Learning Evaluation Center (ALEC). ALEC provides assessments and interventions to college students and young adults with ADHD, provides training to graduate students, and is the setting for many research projects dealing with ADHD. She was on the faculty at Texas A&M University for 15 years before moving to Florida State University. Dr. Prevatt has authored over 70 publications in the field of educational psychology.
