The pieces range from heartwarming to downright silly, as in this poem from Joyce Armor: 'It’s always a wish of mine/ (or should I say a dream)/ to scare my sister half to death/ and hear her piercing scream.' ” REAL SIMPLE.COM

Publishing is not dead, it’s merely getting more fabulous. At least that’s how things look now that we’ve discovered Paris Press.... [It] became known to us because of their new book, Sisters. A collection of marvelous authors writing on our favorite topic, this is the single book that all of us must read.” TheSisterProject.com (Margaret Roach, Marion Roach Smith, and Paige Orloff)

"With works by Audre Lorde, Alice Walker, Daisy Zamora and other feminist literary leaders, this collection of poems, short stories and memoirs eloquently explores sibling love, adoration and rivalry. Read it with your sister and the two of you will be practicing your secret language again and arguing about that shirt she borrowed and never returned. Ah, sisters!" CURVE MAGAZINE
